A $500 deposit is required for reserving your weekly rental and $150 for nightly rentals.
5.5% sales tax and 4.5% room tax is not included with the rates above. A 3% credit card surcharge will apply for all credit card transactions. You may pay with cash or check to avoid credit card fees.
All rates are for up to 4 people except for extra Walleye Reef which is 6 and Moonlight in the Pines which is 2.
- Cancellation made more than 60 days prior to arrival date will receive full refund.
Additional people will be charged $40 per night to a maximum of $150 per week per person, children under 5 are free.
One 14′ row boat at dock space OR a dock space for private boat included with rental. Additional boat and dock space available for $50 per week/$10 per day. Paddle boat, kayaks, and canoe available for use at no additional charge.
Pontoon Boat available for daily rental of $200 or $1000 per week. Additional charge for gas and oil will apply.
14′ Fishing Boat equipped with motor with electric start, trolling motor, fish finder, and live well. Daily rental $125 per day or $700 per week. Additional charge for gas and oil will apply.
Firewood for outdoor and indoor fires available for $5.00 per arm load.
What is supplied with your rental: Fish cleaning house, Dock Use with power, Weber grill, bed linens, dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper, coffee filters, fully stocked kitchen
What you need to bring: Charcoal, paper towels, bath and beach towels, kitchen towels, salt and pepper, etc.
Extra charges will be applied for damages and if extra cleaning is needed.
